Shia LaBeouf, the 28-year-old actor has found himself in trouble, again.

He was reportedly being extremely disruptive during a Broadway show at Studio 54 on Thursday night.

According to Broadway World, he was yelling, smoking and disrupting other theatre-goers during the entire first act. He was dragged out in handcuffs during intermission.

Witnesses tweeted the incident, saying Shia LaBeouf was crying when he was surrounded by police. Some witnesses said they saw the actor chasing a homeless man near the theater while they were walking to the show. Other people reported spotting LaBeouf stumbling into a bar and feeding a woman a strawberry. It's not clear whether he'd been drinking.

The troubled actor was taken into custody and was reportedly forced to wear a mask because he wouldn't refrain spitting at police.

He previously made headlines when he stormed out of a news conference at the Berlin Film Festival in January where he wore a paper bag bearing the message "I AM NOT FAMOUS ANYMORE" over his head while walking down the red carpet. Now he has been charged with criminal trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct.
