Philly food truck explosion: 12 injured, 2 critically

A food truck exploded in Philadelphia on Tuesday (July 1), injuring two women while 10 others suffered minor injuries.

According to CBS Philly, the incident was reported at around 5:30 p.m. at 3rd and Wyoming Avenue. The food truck was equipped with two propane tanks in the rear end. One of them exploded. A 42-year-old mother and her 17-year-old daughter were working inside the Mexican food truck at the time. Both of them were severely burned in the incident.

A 23-year-old woman is listed in stable condition and a 13-year-old is recovering at hospital. The rest of the victims have been treated and released, CBS Philly reported.
