Teenagers caught on camera attacking ice cream man in North Carolina for cash

Two teens were arrested while a third suspect was still at large after they assaulted an ice cream vendor and tried to rob his cart in Charlotte, North Carolina. The attack was filmed by one of the unruly kids who posted the video online, outraging viewers who alerted the police.
The ice cream man, identified as Ermilio Saragosa, 40, didn't want to fight back initially when the teens confronted him in the parking lot. In the video, a girl can be seen opening the hatch of the ice cream cart. The vendor closed again, then was attacked by three of the teens as he tried to defend himself.
The teenagers can be heard yelling and laughing during the confrontation. A 16-year-old, Daishaun Burney, was arrested last Friday and was charged with common law robbery.
On Tuesday, police arrested a second suspect, a 13-year-old, after a family member recognized her from the video and brought her down to the police station.
