A sex pervert has been charged with sexual harassment after he rubbed his semen onto a woman he stalked on the streets of Taipei, Taiwan.
The suspect, Lin Rui-sen, 44, was waiting for his wife downtown one afternoon in April when he saw a woman walking by.
Because sexual predators think ahead, he came prepared with a fistfull of his own cum tissues.
Lin allegedly rushed up behind the woman, reached under her skirt, and rubbed his spunk on her thighs and undergarments. The girl felt something wet on her buttocks and legs and screamed in disgust.
Police apprehended Lin, who claimed he had smeared the woman with his own snot and saliva, Forensic evidence, however, has confirmed that it was in fact semen
Lin was arrested by police and charged with sexual harassment yesterday.
