Hati-hating maintenance, binabalak sa MRT

Lunes na Lunes at mahabang pila ang sumalubong sa mga pasahero ng Metro Rail Transit (MRT). Ayon sa MRT, kulang ang bilang ng mga bumibiyahe nilang tren. Kaya balak ng Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) na hati-hatiin ang kontrata sa maintenance ng MRT.
