Dumb thief: Thirsty South Carolina man burrows through gas station wall to steal beer

Police in a South Carolina town are searching for a man caught on tape burrowing through a brick wall to steal beer from a from a closed gas station.

It happened shortly after 1:00 a.m. on July 28. Surveillance video shows a man wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, gloves with a black rag over his face climbing through a hole in the wall and then crawling across the floor toward a shelf with beer.

The man takes a 12-pack of beer and exits through the store through the hole in the wall.

Police are still searching for the suspect.
