Typhoon car crash: Dash cam captures speeding car slamming into oncoming traffic in Taiwan

Three men were killed in Jiayi County on Sunday, when a speeding car swerved into the wrong lane and slammed into oncoming traffic.
A dashboard camera captured the entire accident, which occurred in heavy rains from Typhoon Phoenix.
The storm hit Taiwan from the south on Sunday.
The driver of the black car was 20-year-old Huang, Chun-Cheng. Huang was driving in Minxiong township with his 19-year-old cousin, Jhang Yu-Wei.
Huang was reportedly attempting to pass a car in the other lane when he lost control of the vehicle.
The video shows Huang’s car swerving left across the intersection and crashing into the car of 54-year-old Fang Min-Cheng.
The two drivers died on impact. Jhang Yu-Wei was thrown from his seat when the cars collided. He later died in the hospital from head injuries.
