School brawl was instigated by teacher according to parents, students

On March 18 some boys were being boys in the commons area of Pulaski High School in Wisconsin when a scuffle broke out. That’s pretty common in high schools around the world, but what's not so common and has parents fired up is that a teacher may have instigated the fight.
The teacher allegedly told a young man if he went over to a group of boys and started a scuffle, he could break it up. The resulting brawl landed the instigator, Ethan Peters, a four-day suspension from school along with an assault charge.
Meanwhile the parents of Peters and the other boy involved in the fight want answers from the school district. While officials won’t release the name of the teacher involved, Tim Pine, parent of the the victim, decided to post the video of the incident onto his Facebook page, saying it was Head Basketball Coach Dave Shaw. The parents are asking for the school to further reprimand the teacher.
Peters is due to appear in court next month.
