Child abuse: Parents lock 3 YO child in dog cage and starve him to death - TomoNews

Police arrested a couple in Tokyo for the disappearance and death of their three year old son.
The couple had been arrested before, once for stealing the air conditioning unit from their rented apartment and another time for abusing their daughter.
Recently neighbors noticed that the couple’s three year old son hadn’t been seen since 2013.
When police investigated the toddler’s disappearance, under questioning, the couple admitted to locking the 3 year old in a metal dog cage until he starved to death.
They then disposed of the body in a black trash bag, which the police are still searching for.
