Are we ready for Malampaya shutdown?

The electricity consumption in Luzon already reached to 200 megawatts while summer is already approaching. While we are still expecting an El Niño, Meralco is having doubts if their preparations will be enough against the nationwide blackouts if the Malampaya shutdown will begin.
