Pinigilan ng Korte Suprema ang pagpapatupad ng P268 million na extended warranty contract ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) sa Smartmatic-TIM para sa diagnostic at maintenance ng Precinct-Count Optical Scanning (PCOS) machines. Nangangamba ang Comelec na baka bumalik na naman sa mano-manong bilangan ang halalan sa 2016.
