Attack! 13-year-old San Jose girl fights off attacker in home

A brave 13-year-old California girl withstood a disturbing attack by a man who followed her home from school, barged into her house and tried to sexually assault her, police in San Jose said.
Stunning home surveillance video captures the entire attempted assault, during which the 30-year-old bearded white man, wearing a beanie, a button-down shirt, white cargo shorts and carrying a messenger bag grabbed the girl and forced her into a corner.
Audio from the video captures the man’s phone clicking as if he’s taking pictures, and the girl told KNTV he recorded the incident and said sexual things as he forced himself on her.
"I had to fight this guy and I'm thinking, 'Help me, help me please.' That was actually the only thing that was going through my mind," the courageous eighth-grade student told the NBC affiliate.
