Maduro in Russia for WWII Anniversary Celebrations

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has arrived in Moscow where he will join 26 other heads of state in the official activities marking the 70th anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany and the end of the Second World War in Europe.
