Muling inako ni Pangulong Aquino ang responsibilidad sa nangyaring trahedya sa Mamasapano sa kanyang talumpati sa graduation rites ng Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA). Pero hindi narinig ang salitang "sorry" mula sa Pangulo at sa halip ay humingi siya ng pang-unawa.
