Batangas port prepares for flock of people; Kennon Road shifts to one-way traffic scheme

The Batangas port authorities expect that travelers will arrive early to avoid the incoming typhoon. In Baguio City, the one-way traffic scheme will be implemented in Holy Wednesday to somehow lessen the build-up of the volume of traffic.
