Hindi pa rin matukoy ng Department of Health (DOH) kung anong kemikal ang naging sanhi ng pagkalason ng tatlong uminom ng milk tea sa Ergo Cha Milk Tea House sa Maynila. Ito'y matapos mag-negatibo sa cyanide at iba pang kemikal ang nasabing inumin.
