Why DA ordered lower price for chicken?

The Department of Agriculture (DA) orders to lower the suggested retail price (SRP) of whole chicken. This is done so that the product will be bought by the consumers quickly due of its great supply. However, some vendors cannot implement the P110 SRP because they will be the ones who will get affected.
