This is the first video in a review series called "Cartoon Court", where I talk about animated films I've seen in the past and give my honest opinions about them through a character of mine named Judge Arturo Santiago.
In this case (review), I, or the judge, will be tackling a Disney direct-to-video "cheapquel" that needs to be torn a new one the size of the city of London.
This video and others like it that are coming soon contain swearing, so they are not intended for children or people who can't handle swearing or opposing opinions. And if you can't stand the heat, get out of the courtroom!
