Baltimore Burns: State of Emergency Declared After Night of Riots (part 2)
Ferguson, Cleveland, Staten Island... and now Baltimore. As firefighters continue to battle blazes from overnight, a one-week curfew has come into effect and the National Guard has been deployed. All this comes after riots that followed the funeral of a 25-year-old black man who died of a spinal injury when taken into police custody nine days ago. We look at the specifics of Baltimore and what’s being done at the federal level to prevent future race riots and build trust.
