Learn how to make Mango Barfi / Amba Vadi from our chef Archana along with the team of TimePass 2, upcoming Marathi movie. Mango Barfi is a popular Indian sweet dish that is made from Mango pulp and khava (condensed milk).

Ingredients:

250 ml Milk
1/3rd Cup Sugar
1/2 kg Khava (Condensed Milk)
1 Cup Mango Pulp
Yellow Food Colour
Edible Silver Foil for decoration

Method:
- In a pan, add milk and sugar. Mix everything well for 5 mins.
- Then add khava (condensed milk) and mix well.
- Once the mixture thickens, add the mango pulp and yellow colour. Mix everything well.
- Take the mixture off the flame and keep it in an aluminium tray for 3 hours.
- Decorate the tray with silver foil.
- Cut the Mango Barfi into medium size pieces and serve!
