The Changing Face Of Aamir Khan In Bollywood Movies PART - 1

So Aamir Khan has done it again what he does the best. The PK actor has gone through a drastic makeover for his upcoming film, Dangal, in which he will be seen going through three different stages. Nonetheless, as we all know, this isn’t the first time when he has changed his look for a film. Here are some of the personas that Mr. Perfectionist has lived over the years, movie roles or otherwise! Take a look…
3 Idiots
This particular look was much appreciated in this Rajkumar Hirani directorial. At the age of 45, Aamir played the role of an engineering student in Raj Kumar Hirani’s 3 Idiots. He did away with eight packs he built for Ghajini and sported a refreshing look with short hair and a clean shave. And once again he managed to break all barriers.
Ghajini
Breaking the norm of Bollywood actors with six-packs, Aamir Khan went a step ahead and developed eight packs for Ghajini. His performance and looks did wonders and Ghajini became the first movie to gross Rs. 100 crores in domestic market. Wow!
Taare Zameen Par
The actor made a style statement as the young, cool teacher with his gelled look in award winning directorial debut, Taare Zameen Par. Nikumbh realizes that Ishaan is very unhappy, and he sets out to discover why. With time, patience and care, he ultimately helps him to find himself.
Fanaa
Aamir looked every bit his age in this film, that also featured Kajol. For Fanaa, Aamir sported the looks of a guide and a terrorist. Both looks were very much different but Aamir carried them with perfection. We are sure everyone loved this sun-aged guide that roamed the streets of Delhi, hai na?
Rang De Basanti
The lovable role of DJ etched itself in the minds and hearts of the masses. Playing a rebel who just refuses to grow up until tragedy strikes, was mirrored by his youthful appearance and the energy he projected on-screen. Don’t know about you, but we loved Aamir in the film. Can watch it again and again without getting bored for even once!
Mangal Pandey
Almost being absent from the silver screen for four years, Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist returned with a bang in Mangal Pandey: The Rising. Though the film bombed at the box office, but the good part was that with his long locks and a moustache to match, Aamir was not afraid to be seen with his new look. He was out there, in the public eye, making his appearances wherever required just like he is doing with Dangal.
Dil Chahta Hai
For the role of naughty-but-nice Akash, Aamir sported an equally cute goatee in Dil Chahta Hai. Aamir’s character certainly had all the ladies old and young pining for him.
