"JOE AND CISCO TRAVEL TO STARLING CITY FOR ANSWERS ABOUT DR. WELLS — Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) head to Starling City to proceed with their examination of Dr. Wells (Tom Cavanagh). While around the local area, the couple enrolls the assistance of Captain Lance (visitor star Paul Blackthorne), and Cisco meets the Black Canary (visitor star Katie Cassidy), who approaches him for some help.
"Then, back in Central City, Barry (Grant Gustin) races to catch a meta-human named Hannibal Bates (visitor star Martin Novotny) who can change himself into each individual he touches — which incorporates Eddie (Rick Cosnett), Iris (Candice Patton), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) and even The Flash.
