Is Cuba Just Newman To The U.S.'s Seinfeld?

Chris Christie spoke Tuesday at the "Integration and Innovation: The American Agenda" event, primarily about the need to focus on building a strong neighborhood alliance between U.S-Mexico-Canada. He reiterated how lucky we are to be in such a great 'neighborhood', and then went on to blast Cuba for trying to be in the club.
