IACHR Reports on 43 Disappeared Students

The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights has presented its latest report on the 43 Ayotzinapa students disappeared in Mexico. Spanish doctor and Commission member Carlos Beristain said authorities were developing a clearer picture of what happened on the night of September 26, 2014.
