Making Tamiya Sweets Decorations at the Shizuoka Hobby Square

I took my daughter to the Shizuoka Hobby Square to learn how to make desserts with Tamiya's Sweets Decoration Series line of models. They have somebody there on Sundays to teach people how to make these. On the menu that day was making strawberry cream puffs. The French word for cream puff is "patichou," and the Japanized word is "chou cream" (sounds like "shoe cream"). My little girl has been interested in this for a while now, so she got to pick out what she will get for her birthday next month. And yes, she can speak English, but she was speaking Japanese with the instructor and couldn't switch gears easily. ;)
