00:02 Oh, good morning everyone.

00:09 Or afternoon.

00:11 Oops, I just made this pillow for my dog,

00:14 but it's so comfortable, I fell asleep on it.

00:17 Maybe I'll just keep it for myself.

00:19 I'm kidding Fluffy, I'm just kidding.

00:23 Boy, this pillow's in demand.

00:25 And I'm gonna show you guys how to make one for your dog.

00:27 First, intro finger dance.

00:30 (upbeat music)

00:32 To make this amazingly comfortable pillow

00:37 for your dog or yourself,

00:39 you will need two pieces of polar fleece,

00:41 four feet by four feet, four to six safety pins,

00:44 three rubber bands, a pair of scissors, a piece of chalk.

00:47 (dog growling)

00:50 Ben, Ben, hello?

00:52 Stay with me, just a few more.

00:54 String and an old pillow or old clothes

00:57 that you don't need or want or use anymore.

00:59 (children cheering)

01:00 Okay, we're ready to go.

01:02 So first, decide what shape you want your pillow.

01:05 You can make it anything.

01:06 Square, triangle, rhombus, octagon.

01:10 I'm gonna make mine a circle.

01:12 First, take your two fabrics and fold them in half,

01:16 then fold them in half again.

01:17 Now, take your string and your chalk

01:20 and tie the string around the middle of the chalk

01:22 and hold the string in the corner

01:24 and draw a quarter circle.

01:27 Okay, now take your scissors and cut along the line

01:32 to make two identical circles.

01:34 See, two identical circles.

01:37 Now get a few safety pins

01:38 and pin them wherever you feel like you need to.

01:42 This just keeps the two pieces of fabric together

01:44 so you can cut the fringes more easily.

01:46 Take your scissors and start cutting the fringes,

01:49 one inch by four inches.

01:50 And don't worry if they're not perfect,

01:52 they're not supposed to be.

01:53 It's Fringe Man, let it be wild.

01:56 Ta-da, the fringes are cut all the way around the fabric.

02:01 Only a few more steps.

02:02 Now, unpin them and just make sure not to poke yourself.

02:07 Take the top fabric, flip it over, find the middle,

02:11 make a little knot and twist it around.

02:13 Then, take your three rubber bands

02:15 and go ahead and wrap them around.

02:17 See, now you have a cool design in the middle.

02:21 Now flip it over again and just tie your fringes

02:24 three quarters of the way around the circle.

02:26 See, the fringes are tied three quarters of the way

02:30 around the circle, leaving a little hole.

02:32 Now, just take your old clothes that you don't want anymore

02:35 or your old pillow and start stuffing.

02:43 It's like Thanksgiving.

02:44 I'm thankful for my dog and for my cat

02:48 and for Harry Styles and his amazing hair.

02:52 - And my awesome friend, Ben.

02:54 - Oh, and my awesome pillow.

02:56 So now, just finish tying your fringes.

03:00 Don't forget to double knot and voila,

03:04 a beautiful fluffy dog pillow.
