Next Media Animation have created a digital version of the dramatic landing of a gyrocopter on the West Lawn of the Capitol on April 15. Doug Hughes, a 61-year-old mailman from Florida is reported to have intentionally flew the gyrocopter through protected airspace to draw attention to the issue of financial reform within congress.NMA’s video depicts Hughes’ carefully planned landing, and details the lock down that followed, along with the journey leading to his flight.
