''qi qong''i went to a school in shaolin to learn kung fu and qi qong this is what i can do after a month training 10hours a day 6days/7
everyone is abble to do it just have to train a libit nothing is difficult in this just believe in ur self ;) thats the secret of qi qong to me ;)
