Wife caught cheating on police officer husband with police chief, husband catches it on camera

Cleveland Police Chief Dennis Maddux has returned to his job as captain of the police department's support services division … after he officially held the position for one day and was asked to step aside.
Here's what happened.
Maddux had already been serving as interim chief since January, and it was all made official on March 1. However, that weekend, he was caught in a parked car kissing Cindy Griggs, the wife of one of his officers. Who were they caught by? Jeff Griggs, her husband, and he photographed the entire thing.
According to the Times Free Press, when Cindy tried to remove the memory card from the camera, Jeff bit her fingers.
This is why Maddux officially stepped in as police chief on March 1, only to lose that title on March 2 while the entire incident was fully investigated. Everything's fine now though, and he's back at work.
Jeff Griggs, on the other hand, has been charged with domestic assault and he's been placed on paid non-disciplinary administrative leave.
Oh, and he has also filed for divorce from his wife.
