Three teens murder a man walking his dog last Thursday night in Philadelphia's Overbrook neighborhood. All three boys are now in custody and two have already been charged with robbery and murder.

James Stuhlman often brought his 13-year-old daughter with him to walk their labradoodle in Philadelphia's Overbrook neighborhood. Last Thursday, thankfully, he didn't.

At around 8:30 p.m. that night, three teenage boys—two 15-year-olds and a 14-year-old—were bored after a game of basketball. They decided to roam the area and look for people to rob. At first the boys stalked a young man walking his dog, but thought better of it. Instead, they preyed upon Stuhlman because he was older, walking a small dog and looked more vulnerable.

The boys confronted Stuhlman saying they wanted to rob him. A struggle ensued until 15-year-old Tyfine Hamilton shot 51-year-old Stuhlman in the chest. Police claim that Stuhlman pleaded, saying, "Please don't shoot me. Please don't shoot me." However, Hamilton shot him anyway.

The boys fled the murder scene, leaving Stuhlman on the ground still clutching a flashlight and his dog's leash with his lifeless hands. The police were able to capture two of the teens soon after the murder. Hamilton turned himself in last Friday while the other two boys have already been charged with murder and robbery. Both boys have already confessed to the crime.

The fourteen year old cooperated with the police and is facing a lesser sentence.
