Smoothies are a great way to get a nutritious and quick meal. Here is how to make a peanut butter and banana smoothie that everyone will love! The recipe is simple and quick. Bon appétit!

Recipe:
3-4 Bananas
8 oz almond milk (per 3 bananas is what I like)
1 large spoonful of peanut butter
1 - 2 tsp honey (optional)
dash of cinnamon (optional)
