Spicy & tangy Mango Pickle is an integral part of any Indian household. Our chef Archana brings you the quick & easy recipe of this mouthwatering condiment!
Ingredients:
2 Raw Mangoes, chopped into pieces
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
Salt to taste

२ कैऱ्या, फोडी करून
२ tbsp तेल
१ tbsp लाल मिरची पावडर
२ tbsp मोहरीचा दळ

Method:
- In a pan, heat some oil.
- Then add yellow mustard seeds, red chilli powder, raw mango pieces & salt. Mix everything well.
- Let the raw mango pieces cook for a minute.
- Switch off the flame & serve this tangy Mango Pickle with roti or rice.
