Supreme Court Stays Summons Against Manmohan Singh In Coal Scam Case

It’s a big breather for former Prime MInister Manmohan Singh as the Supreme Court has stayed the summons against him as well as Kumar Mangalam Birla in the coal scam case. SC has also stalled all proceedings by the trial court against the former PM. The summons against former Coal Secretary PC Parakh have also been cancelled. Here’s a detailed report.
