Incessant rains create flash floods in J&K

Incessant rains battering the Kashmir valley have triggered a flood like situation with rivers swelling and even entering villages. Several people in the low lying areas have been affected by the flash floods. Operations have been launched in worst hit areas to rescue trapped villagers. Even as the govenment has said they are ready to face any eventuality -- the flash floods triggering panic in the valley as it comes just months after the 2014 disaster.
