This is the fifth video in a series of 6 that I've made to help teach about Electronic Structure to my senior pupils in a secondary school in Scotland. This video shows in detail the order in which the orbitals in an atom are filled according to rules: the Aufbau Principle, Hunds Rule of Maximum Multiplicity and the Pauli Exclusion Principle.
