A German Town Has Painted Pee-Proof Walls

The St. Pauli neighborhood of Hamburg is a red light district known for its bars, cabarets...and public urination. To combat this, the town has painted many of its walls with liquid-resistant paint -- giving these "wildpinklers" a splash of their own medicine.
