i finished insanity max 30!!! (read description)

this video should have been uploaded last week, but... such is life.

final week max out times:

max out cardio: 30:00
max out power: 17:59
max out sweat: 21:02
max out strength: 30:00
friday fight round 2: 30:00

it became easier towards the end- but not by that much. wednesday was the hardest. i was so glad to finish that one. i actually had to stop for a few days because working that hard made me nauseous, from being sick. i felt like i wanted to throw up on a lot of the plank/pushups and anything where my head had to move towards my feet. even though i was still sick at the end i felt better enough to finish.

i am actually going for a second round. even though i finished the two months, i'm sure it will still feel like i've never done it at all.
