Climbers Mike Libecki, Freddie Wilkinson, Cory Richards and Keith Ladzinski are attempting a first ascent in Antarctica's Wohlthat Mountain Range. After a month of fighting the weather they have finally scouted an amazing looking route up the side of a giant fin that looks like something straight out of Lovecraft's Mountains of Madness. But when the weather turns on them survival becomes uncertain and they have to hunker down against merciless, 100 mph katabatic winds. "It's cold, it's windy, it'll kill you in a matter of hours."
Climbing in this polar desert was never going to be easy.
