Pancakes are one of the most delicious and easy-to-pepare cakes ideal to serve with a variety of toppings. You can add your favourite flavoured jam or a few chocolate chips to give it an amazing twist. In this video, Maria Goretti will teach you how to make pancakes for your Valentine in the most simple way.

Check out the ingredients used for the Pancake below-
- 1 1/4 All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Soda Bicarbonate
- 25 g Melted Butter
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- One Egg
- 1 tbsp Champagne
- Olive Oil
- Chocolate Chips
- Whipping Cream
- Chopped Strawberry
- Chocolate Sauce

How to make the pancake-

Add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp soda bicarbonate to a bowl containing 1 1/4 all purpose flour.

Stir them all together

After keeping it for sometime, add 25 g melted butter, 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup of buttermilk and one egg to it.

Ensure the batter is nicely mixed. If not, simply add 2 tbsp of milk and 1 tbsp of champagne.

Spread a little olive oil on a pan and then smear it with butter.

Then, put two tbsp of the prepared batter for one pancake.

Add a little chocolate chips above as it cooks.

Allow both the sides to get cooked for at least 5 mins each.

Spead whipping cream and some chopped strawberries on each pancake.

You can garnish your plate with a few more strawberries again along with giving your pancakes a final touch with delicious chocolate syrup.
