Senators propose bill to end travel restrictions for Cuba

A bipartisan coalition of Senators announced that they would be proposing the Freedom to Travel to Cuba Act of 2015, which would enable US citizens and legal residents to freely travel to the island. The senators said US citizens should have the right to travel wherever they wish, unless there is a compelling national security reason. The bill also looses restrictions on travel related banking transactions. Alexandra Hall reports from Washington
