Cynthia Anderson arrived at the Central Nebraska Regional Airport with two full grown dogs and three that were only weeks old.

Airport personnel informed her she wouldn't be able to get on a plane with the puppies because they weren't old enough. In order to fly, canines have to be at least 8 weeks old and police believe Anderson's pups were 3, possibly even younger as their eyes hadn't opened yet.

Upon learning she couldn't take them with her, Anderson's parents arrived to pick up two of the small dogs. She reportedly attempted to hide the third puppy in her luggage before taking it into the bathroom and drowning it.
