Loading Oil into a Hydraulic Diaphragm Metering Pump

AquFlow's Series 900 Diamyte Metering Pump is a very low flow hydraulically balanced metering pump. These pumps are shipped with two types of oil from the factory: a quart of gear oil and a quart of Hydraulic Oil Type F. AquFlow's Diamyte pump only works using Type F hydraulic oil.
After unpacking the pump, it is important to put these oils in the proper casing of the pump. Once the pump has been filled with both the gear oil and the hydraulic oil, the pump is ready for use.
