Follow the music, admire the art, place yourself inside historic architecture, in Telesur's "Cultura Latina". In this week's program, host Mauricio Izquierdo, takes a look at street art and hip-hop music, and how communities are expressing themselves culturally and politically. We begin in Peru, with the organized and growing hip-hop movement, as represented by the members of Comite Pokoflo, who rap about local and national issues and concerns, often in the Quechua indigenous language. Then its on to Honduras, for a report on street art in the capital city of Tegucigalpa and how it expresses ideas and messages. However, city authorities are planning to paint over the art as part of a clean-up campaign. teleSUR
