Virtual University Fee Challan Rejected by Banks

Today on 12th January 2015, every authorized bank of Paksitan including (Habib Bank, UBL and Bank Alflah) rejected the Virtual University Fee Challan, i was wonder by such acts of Banks, the worst thing is that no one was accepting the fee voucher. however at the end, i successfully deposited fee, but this was really insulting behavior, and a rising question for State Bank of Pakistan, Virtual University and for Government of Pakistan as well.
