Charlie Hebdo maintained its line despite threats

Three heavily armed men have attacked a French satirical magazine based in Paris, killing at least 12 people, including four cartoonists and two policemen, officials have said. The magazine Charlie Hebdo had spent the past twenty years lampooning public figures in France and Europe, but had also been blamed for attacking on organised religion. It has drawn repeated threats for its caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed, among other controversial sketches. Al Jazeera's Dominic Kane reports.
