Here's everything we know about French authorities' hunt for the gunmen behind an attack of Charlie Hebdo's office in central Paris:
Two gunmen are believed to have entered the offices firing sub-machine guns, killing 11 people. A witness to the attack said "two black-hooded men" entered the building with Kalashnikov rifles. "A few minutes later we heard lots of shots," they added.
They are believed to have carried out a terrorist attack. Francois Hollande, the French President, said there is no doubt the incident was a terror attack "of exceptional barbarity", adding that "several terrorist attacks were thwarted in recent weeks".
