Zero-emission electric rally car turns heads

Tuesday saw stage three of the Dakar Rally which takes competitors over a rocky 657 kilometres from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Chilecito in Argentina. This year's event featured a zero emission all-electric rally car competing for the first time, which cost more than a million dollars to develop. While the average rally car burns 2,200 litres of fuel during a race, this car consumes nothing. Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons reports from Buenos Aires.
