On the 7th January 2015 the Misuse of drugs act will be amended to include the ban on research chemicals from the Tryptamines class of compounds, including 5-Meo-Dalt, aMT (alpha-methyltryptamine) and more

5-meo-dalt The full name of the chemical is N-allyl-N-[2-(5-methoxy-1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl]prop-2-en-1-amine. It is chemically related to the compounds 5-MeO-DPT and DALT.

αMT is tryptamine with a methyl substituent at the alpha carbon. Its chemical relation to tryptamine is analogous to that of amphetamine to phenethylamine, amphetamine being α-methylphenethylamine. αMT is closely related to the neurotransmitter serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine) which partially explains its mechanism of action.

The original source had this to say

"We would like to inform all of our customers who do not hold an appropriate license issued by the home office that the new Tryptamine controls will come into force 7th January 2015, therefore you will need to conclude your research and dispose of any remaining compounds before 7th January"
