I-T department sends notice to Sugar producers, Navsari - Tv9 Gujarati

Navsari: Sugar producers are unhappy over indifferent attitude of Income-tax officers. Producers are issued notice by I-T department for tax payment. Officers also threatened them to shut their factories on failing to pay tax within the stipulated time. Producers claim that despite lower support prices, they buy canes from farmers at appropriate prices.
