Summer is a great time to get out of the gym and try some outdoor training. Here, three of the UK's top fitness professionals - Jamie Alderton of Team Grenade; UK MuscleMania champion Roger Snipes; and BNBF Southern Champion Dan Barnett turn a beach photoshoot into an full outdoor workout and circuit session. Most of this has been staged for the camera, but there are plenty of ideas here on how to get out and enjoy the summer while keeping in shape at the same time.
